Shared bathroom with a step free, level entry wet room shower. Handrails all designed for low mobility and wheelchair access.
Gas provides heating

A spacious living room with a comfy sofa and armchairs. Wood floors with rugs. TV and bluetooth speaker. Gas effect fireplace.
French doors opening onto a large deck with outdoor furniture looking onto a pond and islands of Lieishgier and Arsa and out towards the Isle of Mull.
The kitchen/dining room are off the living room and has a cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and washing machine. and dishwasher.
Linoleum washable floors with area rugs
No WiFi, but good mobile signal with most providers.
There is ample free parking and being right by Lunga Bay area with a pier, slipway and parking or mooring for small boats.
